Your questions, answered
Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
You can book a private appointment directly. If you are accessing Medicare, DVA, WorkCover or NDIS-funded care, contact the clinic about the referral and appointment information required.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online at wsfootclinic.com.au/book, where you can choose the appointment type and a time, or call 0493 360 748.
Does Medicare cover podiatry?
Eligible people with a chronic condition may access Medicare-subsidised podiatry through a GP plan and referral. Ask your GP about eligibility.
Do you do home visits?
Yes. Home visits are available for certain NDIS participants within the clinic’s local catchment who cannot attend the clinic. Contact the clinic with your location and plan details to discuss arrangements and fees.
Do you have evening or Saturday appointments?
Yes. Tuesday appointments are available until 7:30pm, and Saturday appointments run from 9am to 4pm. The clinic is closed on Sunday.
